Please note, when you buy a ticket at Fox & Locke, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions: 
 

• All ticket reservations are non-refundable. 

• Ticket sales are an agreement to pay the non-refundable cover charge and applicable taxes/fees and to meet the $15.00 per seat food and/or drink minimum. 

• If you are unable to make it for your reservation please call (615-794-1308) or email (tickets@foxandlocke.com) 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the $15.00 food and beverage minimum, however the cover charge is not refundable.

• We are unable to move your table or seats once purchased. Please choose carefully.

• Ticket holders must arrive by the start of the show to guarantee their seats. Unclaimed seats will be filled from the walk-up line once the show has started.

• Performers are subject to change. 

• Bar seats are only for customers 21 years of age or older. 

• Handicap accessible seats are available. If you need assistance with which seats are accessible please email tickets@foxandlocke.com before purchasing.

• No outside food and/or drink is allowed inside the venue. 

• Still photography is allowed, unless the artist requests otherwise. 

RECORDING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL (VIDEO OR AUDIO) IS PROHIBITED.
